Orange Honey Syrup, recipe follows

24 ounces seltzer, chilled 

Orange slices, for garnish 

Orange Honey Syrup:

1 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice plus 4 strips orange peel (no white pith)

1/2 cup honey 


  1. Fill four 12-ounce glasses with ice. Divide the Orange Honey Syrup among the glasses, then top with the seltzer. Stir to combine and garnish with orange slices.

Orange Honey Syrup:

  1. Stir together the orange juice, orange peel and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and the honey has dissolved. Remove from the heat and let come to room temperature.
