2 ounces gin, such as Tanqueray Gin

1/2 ounce herb liqueur, such as Yellow Chartreuse

1 ounce passion fruit puree

1 bar spoon kaffir lime leaf bitters

Imperial lager, such as "The Kaiser", Avery Brewing Company

Sprig of fresh mint, for garnish


  1. Combine the gin, herb liqueur, passion fruit puree and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, then pour into a beer glass and top with the imperial lager and mint sprig. Serve.
