Japanese Thirst Killer Phosphate

Ingredients

1-ounce cracked ice

1-ounce orgeat (almond) syrup

2 dashes "solution of phosphate" or citric acid (lemon juice will work)

2 dashes angostura bitters

4 ounces grape juice

Seltzer water

Slice pineapple, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a 12-ounce glass add ice, almond syrup, lemon juice, and bitters. Fill up with grape juice and seltzer water. Garnish with pineapple. 
  2. Sells for 10 to 15 cents.
