Place the diced lime in the bottom of a 10-ounce glass. Pinch apart the mint leaves and add to the glass. Top the mixture off with raw sugar. Muddle the ingredients together for about 10 seconds or until well blended (this is the best way to bring out the full flavor of the fruit).
Fill the rest of the glass with ice, then pour in dark rum and coconut rum. Add orange juice and soda water. Give the mix a good stir. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and an orange slice on the edge of the glass.
