2 cups of basil leaves

5 cloves garlic, chopped

1/4 cup walnuts

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup olive oil


  1. In food processor combine basil, garlic, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Process until smooth. While processor is running slowly add olive oil. Continue to process until smooth. Transfer to bowl and serve.
