Pick a Pumpkin Pie: 5 Reinvented Recipes

Not to be confused with pumpkin brownies, this pie will appease the chocoholics at your holiday feast. Ice cream may be optional, but a slice of this really isn't quite right unless it's served a la mode. 

Keep it simple: Add the same spices you used in the pumpkin filling to the pie crust. You'll be amazed by how much of a difference the tiny addition (less than a teaspoon total) makes.
