Quick Seafood Cocktail Sauce

1 cup ketchup

3 tablespoons grated onion

3 tablespoons prepared horseradish

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon chili powder

3 drops hot sauce

2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Cover and refrigerate sauce at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.;
