As a child, Ree loved to drink chocolate malts, the key ingredient being malted milk powder, which you can buy in the supermarket. Here, Ree has updated the recipe, making it extra delicious with the addition of chocolate hazelnut spread and ice cream.
NEW: You can now switch to Cook Mode to keep your screen awake.
Directions
Add the ice cream, milk, chocolate malted milk powder and 1 tablespoon chocolate hazelnut spread to a blender. Blend until smooth.
To a frosted glass, spread the top of the glass with the remaining 2 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread using a spatula. Place all but a tablespoon of the chocolate rice cereal on a shallow plate. Roll the rim of the glass in the cereal, coating the rim. Pour in the shake. Top with the canned whipped cream and sprinkle over the remaining chocolate rice cereal.
