Ingredients

3 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced

3 Roma tomatoes, diced 

1 large red onion, diced 

Two 15-ounce cans diced mangoes, drained 

2 cups chopped fresh cilantro 

Juice of 1 lime

1/2 teaspoon salt 

Directions

  1. Add the jalapenos, tomatoes, onions, mangoes, cilantro, lime juice and salt to a bowl and stir together. Serve as a taco bar fixing.
