Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

1 tablespoon olive oil 

Pinch of kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Put the asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle on the oil, sprinkle on the salt and pepper and toss. Roast until tender and browning at the edges, about 20 minutes.
