Four 14-ounce cans of chickpeas

3 tablespoons grapeseed oil 

1 teaspoon kosher salt 

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then drain them on a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the chickpeas with the oil, salt and pepper. Spread the chickpeas out into a single layer on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until crispy, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve hot.
