Robert's Instant Salad

Ingredients

1 head frisee

1 head Boston lettuce

1 red onion, sliced

Dressing:

1/4 cup orange juice

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper

Garnish:

Orange slices

Edible flowers

Directions

  1. Wash and dry lettuces well. Mix all dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad.
  2. Garnish with orange slices and edible flowers. Yield: 4 servings
