1 (24-ounce) container homestyle mashed potatoes (recommended: Country Crock)

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

Freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


  1. In a large bowl stir together the mashed potatoes, sour cream, horseradish, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
