4 tablespoons pesto, fresh or store-bought

1 loaf Italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise

6 cloves roasted garlic


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spread the pesto on to 1 side of the sliced bread and spread the garlic cloves onto the other side. Place the halves together to close. Place in oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Slice and serve.
