5 red bell peppers, quartered, seeded

5 yellow bell peppers, quartered, seeded

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

3 pounds link hot Italian sausage

3 pounds link sweet Italian sausage


  1. Brush peppers with oil, season with salt and pepper and grill. Grill sausage until cooked through.
