Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon Angostura bitters

1/2 ounce passion fruit liqueur (such as Giffard)

1/2 ounce white Jamaican rum

3 ounces cava or other sparkling wine

Lime slice, for garnish

Directions

  1. Pour the bitters, passion fruit liqueur and rum into a wine glass. Top with the cava.
  2. Add large ice cubes and stir. Garnish with a lime slice.
