In order to choose their teams, the chefs need the 411 on what these recruits can and can't do in the kitchen, so Anne and Jeff ask the celebrities to cook a potluck dish. For the main dish challenge, the recruits have to make elevated versions of classic TV dinners, and the chefs decide which dishes deserve to be syndicated and which recruits should be cancelled from the competition.
