Sweet Redemption

Jesse Palmer hosts a Holiday Baking Championship redemption special. Three previous runners-up compete, and all they want for Christmas is a second chance to win. First, each returning baker takes on a judge's favorite holiday dessert. Then the bakers create holiday centerpiece cakes and receive tips and advice from judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Lorraine Pascale along the way.

Cranium Epicurean

Inspired by a mysterious "skull man," the bakers enter the graveyard to bring skull desserts to life in the pre-heat. For the main heat, the bakers must create a championship-worthy nightmare cake based on common nightmare themes like falling, being chased or being visited by the dead. The baker that can face their fears and come out on top will be named Halloween Baking Champion!

Bring 4th the Sweets

The competition has been hot all summer long, but the finale is SIZZLING! Jesse Palmer takes the final three bakers on a wild roller coaster ride as he challenges them to make three different amusement park treats! Then, fireworks explode as the remaining competitors roll out sparkler-studded 4th of July parade float cakes! The baker who leaves judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman and Damaris Phillip oohing and aahing walks away with the Summer Baking Championship title and $25,000!

Spring Bunnies and Chickens, Oh My!

Spring is the season of bunnies and chicks! Host Ali Khan challenges the bakers to contemplate the question of which came first, the chicken or the egg, as they create beautiful edible eggs with a surprise flavor and decorative spring chick. Then the bakers face Spring Baking Championship's first ever bread challenge as they try to impress judges Kardea Brown, Nancy Fuller and Duff Goldman with their spectacular hot cross bunnies -- giant bread bunnies inspired by the traditional hot cross bun.

The Past Comes Back to Haunt You

The final bakers take on two very difficult challenges inspired by the past -- all leading up to a time-traveling monster mash! In the Dissection Lab, John Henson works on some gross anatomy, and he asks the bakers to create desserts with gummy hearts that will be "dissected" by judges Carla Hall, Zac Young and Stephanie Boswell. Then in the Quantum Physics Lab, John hops into a time machine and journeys to the ancient past for inspirations like medieval vampires and early aliens for time travel cakes. The best baker heads into the future with the Halloween Baking Championship title and the $25,000 prize!

Holiday Gifts Galore

It's the season finale, and the last five bakers face three challenges. Christmas Eve is filled with so much excitement and so many gifts, and the sweetest gift of all is a plate of cookies for Santa. For the final preheat, host Jesse Palmer wants the bakers to upgrade those cookies by making macaron wreaths for judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman and Nancy Fuller! The bottom two bakers battle it out to see who makes it to the final main heat by taking on a stocking-stuffed eclairs challenge. Then, its “All aboard!” as the remaining four bakers make showstopping, championship-worthy holiday train cakes with actual trains running through them! In the end, a Holiday Baking Champion is crowned and takes home $25,000!
