Halloween Wars is back for Season 13, and the search is on for 27 talented pumpkin carvers, cake decorators and sugar artists who have what it takes to compete in the biggest and most terrifying Halloween competition around. As the Halloween Wars crew travels from coast to coast, these artists hone their craft in hopes of walking away with the $25,000 grand prize.

Actor Robert Patrick, known for his portrayals in The X-Files and Terminator 2: Judgement Day, joins the judging panel.

Three teams start this battle, but only two will earn their way into the Halloween Wars finale. Greg Plotkin, director of Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension, joins the judging panel.

Four remaining teams consisting of an expert pumpkin carver, a cake artist and a sugar master put their skills to the test to create astonishing and delectable Halloween-themed displays that show what happens when a witch trades in her tired old broom for a brand new ride. Writer, director and producer Mick Garris of the iconic film Hocus Pocus joins the judges.
Haunted houses, ghostly pumpkins and edible eyeballs make for a Halloween thriller, when five top cake teams gather for an intense cake and candy competition. Elaborate cakes, some weighing 80+ pounds, must impress a panel of tough judges with their delectable craftsmanship and creative use of candy decorations.

Judges Shinmin Li and Todd Tucker are joined by actor Jeremy Ray Taylor to choose the winner.
