Guy Fieri tracks down some great places that prove fast food can also be great food. In Fairhope, Ala., a where a trained chef is doing fast food the old European way -- pressed panini sandwiches, filled with everything homemade, even the mozzarella; in Austin, Texas, homemade tacos done every which way -- from breakfast, to carne asada, al pastor, fish tacos, and more -- and even the salsa is made from scratch; and in Gilbert, Ariz., a fast food joint right on the farm, where they're growing much of the menu out back, and the burgers and pizzas are made and topped with the freshest ingredients.

Ultimate City Food Fight

The winners of the first two City Food Fights return to prove once and for all which is the best food city in the country. Playing games inspired by their city's legendary basketball teams, Guy Fieri challenges the teams to prepare three winning courses. First, the chefs have 24 minutes to make one of their city's signature sandwiches, but they'll be dribbling a basketball while shopping. Then in the second half, the chefs must make a winner's dinner and dessert that feature the whammy ingredients chosen by the hoops. The team with the highest combined score wins an additional $15,000 and the GGG City Food Fight champion trophy!

Jeff Mauro gets to live out one of his lifelong dreams when he stands shoulder to shoulder with master slicer Gino, slinging monstrous corned beef sandwiches and latkes at Manny's Deli, where he gets inspiration for a deli day back in his own kitchen. Jeff puts together a sandwich of Manny's corned beef using two of his own homemade latkes as the bread. And if that wasn't enough, he braises and slices a brisket for a sandwich that combines the rich, succulent meat with red cabbage slaw and smoked mozzarella. Then, he finishes the day's noshing with his take on a classic carrot and raisin salad.

Best of the Worst: Viva Las Boot Camp

Boot camp is transformed into the Las Vegas Strip, and although the recruits had to cash out early in their seasons, this is their chance to finally hit the jackpot! The teams go head-to-head in a series of casino-themed culinary challenges. Then, after winning some "cheddar" in the money booth, chefs Anne Burrell and Michael Symon challenge their teams to make gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches. For the main dish challenge, they dive into the deep end and make high-end seafood dishes. The bottom recruits on each team must compete in a blind elimination challenge, and unfortunately it's the end of the line for one competitor.

Love at First Bite: That's Amore

Chefs Anne Burrell and Jeff Mauro introduce the recruits to the classic flavors and dishes of Italy. They start off with a fast-paced game where recruits answer trivia and ride gondolas, followed by an outrageous cooking relay where they must work in pairs to create a romantic Italian picnic basket. In the Skill Drill challenge, the singles take on sausage and pepper sandwiches, which includes making sausages from scratch! Then in the Main Dish cook, Anne and Jeff demonstrate classic meatballs with sauce and polenta. The recruits that successfully replicate their chefs' dishes continue on in boot camp, and the least successful bid "arrivederci" to boot camp.
