It's citrus season in the South! Kardea Brown is cooking up a meal to celebrate the fruits at their peak, and she's sharing it with her friend Germaine, who grows produce and herbs at Fresh Future Farm, an urban farm in North Charleston. Kardea makes Tequila Tangerine Chicken, Crispy Smashed Potatoes with Key lime-herb oil, a Citrus Salad with tangerines and grapefruit and, for dessert, a lip-puckering Limoncello Trifle.
