Seasoned Saltine Crackers

This is the simplest snack that is always a crowd pleaser. Make these your own by switching up the seasonings to make both savory and sweet seasoned crackers.

House Seasoning:

  1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. On a sheet tray fitted with a cooling rack, lay out the saltine crackers in a single layer.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Add the House Seasoning and flaky salt and stir together.
  4. Using a pastry brush, brush each cracker with the spiced butter mixture until all of the crackers are fully coated.
  5. Bake until the crackers are slightly golden brown and toasted and the butter has been absorbed, about 25 minutes.

House Seasoning:

Yield: 5 tablespoons
  1. Stir together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Keep in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
