Homemade crackers are fun to make and very customizable. These toasty olive oil-based crackers are flavored with black pepper and rosemary. Once you give them a try, you can mix things up by stirring in other herbs and spices.

Directions
Whisk together the flour, rosemary, chives, sesame seeds, baking powder, salt and pepper. Stir in 1/2 cup water and the olive oil to form a dough.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth; halve the dough. Roll out until very thin (1/16 inch) and cut into rectangles or squares. Bake on parchment-lined baking sheets at 400 degrees F until golden, 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool.
