After leaving the fine-dining world, Lou brought classic American fare to Boise, Idaho. Since Guy visited Lou's Westside Drive-In, the restaurant has become nationally and internationally famous for its prime rib.

Known as the poke master of Hawaii, Reno is the chef and owner of Fresh Catch in Honolulu. Business tripled after Guy visited the restaurant, which specializes in more than 30 different kinds of poke.

As the chef and owner of Cleveland's Momocho, Eric is known for his modern take on Mexican cuisine. He's even been nominated for a James Beard Award. Since appearing on Triple D, Eric has opened a second restaurant, El Carnicero.

According to Guy, Richard offers the best Asian fusion food in Miami at his restaurant Sakaya Kitchen. Richard's Cracklin' duck sandwich really impressed Guy when he visited the restaurant on Triple D.
