Meet the Competitors of 'Halloween Baking Championship' Season 11

Halloween Baking Championship Season 11 premieres on Monday, September 15 at 9|8c. Over the course of seven episodes, 10 bakers will be faced with one frightful challenge after another as they compete within the haunted mansion for a chance to win $25,000 and the title of Halloween Baking champion. Ahead, meet the competitors of Season 11.

Host John Henson returns to Halloween Baking Championship Season 11 with judges Stephanie Boswell, Carla Hall and Zac Young.

Cory Jones is a cookie connoisseur based in Unadilla, Georgia, where he owns and operates Sweet Evelyn's. He was dubbed the Holiday Wars Season 5 champion as part of Team Frost Bites.

Gonzuela Bastarache is a government employee, home baker and self-taught cake artist based in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. She’s appeared on Duff Till Dawn, Cake Wars, and Haunted Gingerbread Showdown.

Alan Arras is a pastry sous chef at a world-famous theme park in Orlando, Florida. He's used to crafting fun Halloween confections for work, he's excited to delve into the scarier side of seasonal sweets.

Melanie Bjork-Jensen is a self-taught baker based in West Jordan, Utah. When she's not baking, she can be found working as a labor-and-delivery nurse.

Justin Giordano is a sugarflower and cake artist based in New York City. He works as an instructor at BDC Studios, a coffee shop and decorative baking studio that offers classes in New York.

Megan Carroll is a recipe developer, food photographer and cottage baker based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. "Being a Minnesotan, competitiveness is not necessarily in my nature. However, coming here and doing this specific competition, it's absolutely a dream come true," Megan says.

Jake Hagen is a freelance pastry chef based in Granada Hills, California. New to Food Network, Jake previously competed on Joanna Gaines’ Silos Baking Competition. When he's not competing, he can be found baking at Claudine Kitchen & Bakeshop.

Oksana Shchelgachova is a pastry chef and chocolatier based in Highlands, North Carolina, by way of Ukraine. She owns and operates Edelweiss Pastry Boutique in Highlands.

Camille Le Caer is a pastry chef based in Buffalo, New York. He appeared on Food Network’s 24 in 24: Last Chef Standing in 2024. When he's not baking, he can be found working as a firefighter — something he's proud of, as the first French native Buffalo firefighter.
