Cooking steak on a grill can be intimidating, so Michael Symon demonstrates simple techniques for grilling skirt steak to tender, medium-rare perfection. Then, he complements the steak with Sticky Barbecue Onions fired up in a cast-iron skillet with brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cayenne and cumin.
