  1. Combine the bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube. Garnish with an orange peel and cocktail cherry.

Cook’s Note

Use regular maple syrup if you don't have a smoked one.
