Directions
Put some chile-lime seasoning on a small plate. Run a lime wedge along half of the rims of 2 glasses, then dip the rims into the chile-lime seasoning to create seasoned rims.
Add a few Watermelon Ice Cubes to each glass. Divide the watermelon juice between the glasses. Add a dash of chamoy to each, then divide the lime juice and beer between the glasses. Top each with a few drops of the tamarind mixture. Give a gentle stir, then garnish each with a lime wedge.
Watermelon Ice Cubes:
Fill an ice tray with the watermelon juice and freeze until frozen, preferably overnight.
