When we entertain outdoors, we love surprising our guests with a unique drink twist. The garden chelada blends traditional beer with the refreshing notes of watermelon and lime, and a hint of tamarind and chamoy. It's our little summer escape in a glass. Cheers!

Ingredients

Watermelon Ice Cubes:

Directions

  1. Put some chile-lime seasoning on a small plate. Run a lime wedge along half of the rims of 2 glasses, then dip the rims into the chile-lime seasoning to create seasoned rims.
  2. Add a few Watermelon Ice Cubes to each glass. Divide the watermelon juice between the glasses. Add a dash of chamoy to each, then divide the lime juice and beer between the glasses. Top each with a few drops of the tamarind mixture. Give a gentle stir, then garnish each with a lime wedge.

Watermelon Ice Cubes:

  1. Fill an ice tray with the watermelon juice and freeze until frozen, preferably overnight.
