Kryptonite Kitchen

Superman impersonator, Robbie, didn't get off to a great start in Boot Camp. A little-known fact about cooking — in order for the food to get hot, the stove has to be on.

Grandma's Garlic

Maryann's secret weapon in the kitchen is garlic powder. "I use it for everything," she said. "It makes anything taste better."

Ramen Remix

Janese said her children would rather go to bed early than eat her cooking. Who wouldn't want to try her famous Carbonara Alfredo Ramen?

Chocolate Gravy Catastrophe

Oklahoma girl Sarah made her debut in Boot Camp with a hometown favorite - a biscuit sandwich made with pulverized eggs, sausage and chocolate gravy. "Who doesn't like chocolate?" she questioned. "Why not add chocolate gravy instead of some nasty real gravy?"

Looking for Lobster

After being split up into teams, it was time for the recruits to try and replicate Anne and Robert's dishes. The blue team was making Roberts surf and turf lobster dish, and the recruits had a little trouble prepping the lobster.

Marked

It wouldn't be Boot Camp without Anne's red marker.

Phantom Flame

"My dad makes some of the best steak you've ever tried," Copan bragged when starting his main dish challenge. Clearly, cooking genes don't run in the family. "That takes a talent to set something on fire when there's no open flame," Anne said.

Fired Up

Week two in Boot Camp was all about Hibachi cooking. After a demo from Anne and Robert, the recruits hit the stove to try and replicate the dishes.

Team Tasting

Always the showman, Timmy went out of his way to get a taste of Robert's dish.

Marker Madness

It wouldn't be Worst Cooks Boot Camp without an appearance from Anne's red marker! Hold your knife properly or get marked!

Chicken Chaos

A basic skill learned in Boot Camp is how to properly break down and cook a chicken, but Kimberly and her fellow recruits weren't planning on having to cut off the chicken's feet AND its head!

Rocky Mountain Mystery

Week four in Boot Camp started out with an unwelcome surprise — the recruits were tasting unusual ingredients, and to Rudy's horror, he got a taste of Rocky Mountain Oysters.

Squid Surprise

After tasting some unusual ingredients, it was time for the recruits to cook with one. The ingredient: squid

Sheets of Squid

The recruits wouldn't be learning to make fried calamari this week. Anne and Robert taught the art of scratch-made squid ink pasta.

Struggling with Squid

It went about as good as you'd expect.

Feeding Family

With one week before the finale, it was time for the recruits to cook for their most important critics — their family members.

Fiery Finish

To impress their family members, Anne taught Sarah and Janese the art of flambé.

Fierce Flambé

It's rare to see an intentional fire in Boot Camp
