Thanksgiving Salt Bread

Salt bread is a popular Japanese and Korean buttery roll with a crisp exterior and fluffy interior. This recipe takes the flavors of Thanksgiving to the bread by using aromatic sage, rosemary and thyme in a delicious salted butter that bathes the interior of the rolls.
