Preheat oven 450 degrees F.

Combine bread crumbs, paprika, and garlic powder in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg substitute and then dredge in bread crumb mixture. Arrange chicken on a sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
