Le Creuset Is Bringing Back a Beloved Colorway
The iconic cookware color, seemingly perfect for Valentine’s Day, hasn’t been available in the U.S. for six years.

Le Creuset Dutch ovens and other cookware are not just culinary workhorses. They are also things of beauty, often referred to as kitchen jewelry, adding Pinterest-worthy pops of color to cooktops and other spots. So when Le Creuset introduces a new color or brings back a beloved discontinued one, it’s kind of big news. Sometimes, it’s Berry big news.
Yes, cooks and collectors, Le Creuset is reintroducing Berry in the United States market, a fan favorite color that hasn’t been available stateside since May 2019.
Described as “a premium pink-purple laced with gold undertones,” Berry is re-emerging “revitalized in a fresh assortment of curated shapes and topped with a new, gold knob,” according to the brand.
The coveted, old-is-new color will grace three different cast-iron cookware sizes. The “exclusive” assortment will be available only while supplies last. The collection includes a 4.5 QT. Signature Round Dutch Oven, priced at $448; a 6.75 QT Signature Oval Dutch Oven, for $510; and a 3.5 QT Signature Braiser, for $425.
“Stylishly sweet, Berry radiates an optimistic mix of blush pink and deep rose with subtle, shimmering hints of gold,” the brand boasts. “Classic, creative, and a culinary dream, Berry is a beautiful addition to any kitchen.”
Le Creuset recommends pairing Berry cookware with other enameled cast-iron colors for a mix-and-match look. Or if you’re a purist, you can of course stock up on all three.
Judging from the response on Instagram, where heart eyes and “Omg, I want them all!” comments abound, people may be planning to do just that.
