This Etsy Shop Carries the Cutest Tea Bags
They turn any mug into a tea party!
If you’re like me, you probably consider a warm cup of tea the best form of self-care. There’s nothing more comforting than sitting by a window, wrapped in a blanket with a mug in your hand. When the time comes to take that first sip, your body is completely reinvigorated.
That’s why when I discovered TeaHeritage, an Etsy shop that creates custom shaped tea bags, I was ecstatic. These tea bags come in the most adorable shapes like hearts, clouds, bunnies and planes, and they are the coolest way to upgrade your usual cup of tea.

The cloud is one of the top selling shapes. Other popular shapes include hearts, stars, planes and bunnies.
The shop was started six years ago in France by owner Elodie Fagot. Wanting to have a special Valentine’s Day breakfast, she was all set with heart-shaped pancakes, chocolates and napkins. The only thing missing was heart-shaped tea bags, so she made some herself and a flourishing business was born!
All of the shapes are designed by Fagot herself and cut from a mold. Once the shape is cut, the tea bag is filled and sealed by hand. For even more customization, shoppers can even include a personalized handwritten note with their tea.
All designs are made to order and can be shipped internationally. They also make personalized items for special events and have a wedding collection, where you can request personalized tea bags as wedding favors!

This airplane bag comes in three different flavors: Jasmine Green, English Breakfast and Earl Grey.
Each shape is sold in a pack of 5, which range in price from $8-$9. The shop works with a tea supplier to create different blends made exclusively out of organic tea. Fagot states that “if we make a beautiful product, we have to make a very tasty and high-quality tea bag.” Flavors include green tea, breakfast tea, earl grey and classic black tea.
