Tara Bench has been in the food publishing industry for more than 20 years, creating recipes and articles, and food styling for magazines, books, television and advertising. She spent many years working with Martha Stewart and has appeared on The Today Show, Food Network, and many local news programs. She's also the founder of the blog Tara Teaspoon. Her favorite food is chocolate chip cookies.
