Ingredients

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 cup granola or whole grain cereal (recommended: Grape Nuts)

Directions

  1. Mix together yogurt, applesauce and honey. Chill for 20 minutes. Top with granola.
