Bamboozled Berry Cheesecake Shake

3 scoops vanilla ice cream

2 ounces whole milk

1 tablespoon Berry Compote, plus more for topping, recipe follows

1 slice prepared cheesecake with graham cracker crust

1-ounce berry-infused vodka, optional

Whipped cream, for garnish

Berry Compote:

1 cup blackberries

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

1 cup strawberries

1 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. In a blender, add the ice cream, milk, berry compote and cheesecake. If an adult version is desired, also add the berry-infused vodka. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a glass and top with whipped cream, Berry Compote and serve.

Berry Compote:

  1. Add the blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, sugar, 1/4 cup water and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
