Beer Colada

Ingredients

2 cups ice

1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice

1 1/2 ounces coconut-flavored rum

12 ounces lager or light beer 

Pineapple spear and pineapple slice, for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice. Add the pineapple juice and rum and shake. Strain into a 20-ounce beer mug or Pilsner glass. Top off with the beer and stir briefly. Garnish with the pineapple spear and slice.
