1 teaspoon lemon zest plus 1 teaspoon lemon juice, plus more zest for garnish

12 blackberries, halved
Put the blackberry jam in a small mixing bowl and stir in the lemon zest and juice.
Arrange the cheesecakes on a serving platter. Pour 1 tablespoon of the fruit topping on top of each cheesecake. Add 2 blackberry halves on top of each cheesecake and sprinkle with lemon zest. Serve immediately.
