Blue Crab Dip

1 cup fresh crabmeat

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 cup scallions, minced

Freshly ground black pepper


  1. Mix the crabmeat, mayonnaise and grated cheese in the top of a double boiler. Cook over medium heat until melted through. Stir in scallions and black pepper. Spoon onto toasted baguette or crackers. Serve hot.
