Breakfast Martini

2 ounces Lillet (chilled)

2 ounces orange juice

Orange peel, for garnish


  1. Shake Lillet and orange juice in mixing glass with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass. Top with splash of champagne or gingerale. Garnish with orange peel (flamed).;
