This low and slow method of cooking eggs is great when you’re multi-tasking. It results in a structure more stable than that of a traditional fried egg that’s cooked at high heat. Since it’s less fragile it's easier to move to your plate or sandwich without breaking the yolk. Plus it looks a bit like the fun egg emoji!
NEW: You can now switch to Cook Mode to keep your screen awake.
Directions
Spray a small nonstick pan with nonstick spray. Crack the egg into the pan. Place over low heat, barely on. Allow the egg to cook until the white is completely shiny and set; this will take up to 4 to 5 minutes. The egg will be pliable and perfectly cooked as if it’s a rubber egg toy.
