Michael Voltaggio Bio
A quickly rising star within Food Network, Michael Voltaggio is one of Bobby Flay’s Titans on Bobby’s Triple Threat. He has also competed on Guy Fieri's Tournament of Champions and made numerous appearances on shows including Beat Bobby Flay, Guy's Ranch Kitchen, Supermarket Stakeout and Guy's Grocery Games. The winner of Top Chef Season 6, where he competed in the finale alongside his brother Bryan, Michael has been at the helm of some of the best restaurants in America. He earned a Michelin Star at Charlie Palmer's Dry Creek Kitchen, a rare 4-star review at The Bazaar by José Andrés, and was a finalist for the James Beard Best New Restaurant award in 2009. Michael has also co-authored a cookbook with his brother Bryan, VOLT ink, which was a finalist for the James Beard award for best cookbook. He is also active with organizations including No Kid Hungry, Los Angeles Mission and World Central Kitchen. Michael currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
