This grilled corn is slathered with a gochujang sauce, creating a smoky, tangy, umami-packed flavor that pairs beautifully with the corn’s natural sweetness. The result is a balance of creamy heat and citrusy brightness, delivering a street food-style experience that feels both comforting and adventurous. It’s perfect for summer evenings, backyard gatherings or anytime you crave something vibrant, messy and irresistibly delicious. A sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and fresh cilantro elevates it even further, making every bite more memorable.
