  1. Whisk 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter with 2 tablespoons each rice vinegar and lime juice and 1 tablespoon each vegetable oil, soy sauce, water and sugar. Add 2 thinly sliced bunches Tuscan kale, 3/4 cup thawed shelled edamame, 7 thinly sliced radishes and 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts; toss well. Top with black sesame seeds and more peanuts.
