Directions
Special equipment:
a copper mug
Put the vodka in a copper mug. Squeeze the lime over the vodka. Add some Ginger Ice Cubes and top with the ginger beer.
Cook’s Note
To make Ginger Ice Cubes, slice fresh ginger into 1/8-inch thick coins. Use a zester to make long strips of lime zest and curl them into swirls. Add a piece of ginger and zest to each compartment of an ice cube tray, fill with distilled water and freeze overnight.
