Directions
Unroll an 8-ounce tube crescent roll dough and pat into an 8-by-12-inch rectangle. Spread 1/4 cup pesto almost to the edge and sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, patting to adhere. Starting with a short side, roll into a log. Slice into 8 pieces and arrange cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F until golden brown and the cheese is browned and crusty, about 18 minutes.
