  1. Whisk 3 tablespoons plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest in a large bowl. Cook 1 pound sugar snap peas in salted boiling water until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes; drain. Toss with the yogurt mixture; season with salt and pepper. Top with 1 tablespoon everything seasoning.
