Holiday appetizers should be easy and not too heavy, considering the big meal to follow. These crispy chickpeas made in the air fryer fit the bill. They’re simply spiced with savory poultry seasoning to whet your appetite for the big bird to come.

Directions
Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then pat very dry using a clean kitchen towel.
Combine the chickpeas in a bowl with the olive oil, poultry seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon salt; toss to evenly coat.
Cook the seasoned chickpeas in an air fryer at 375 degrees F until crisp, tossing halfway through, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with more salt and serve warm.
