3/4 cup Greek yogurt

3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

1 tablespoon harissa

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons lemon juice


  1. Whisk the yogurt, dill, harissa, and a generous pinch of salt together in a small bowl. Whisk in the lemon juice, 1/4 cup water and a few grinds of pepper until blended.
