When you're starting to feel a cold coming on or you just can't get to Starbucks for the real deal, here's a recipe inspired by the secret menu item. The company's Medicine Ball became such a customer favorite they finally had to put it on the regular menu. This citrusy peach-mint combination will provide instant warmth and comfort for those days when you need a little hug in a mug.
NEW: You can now switch to Cook Mode to keep your screen awake.
Directions
Combine the lemonade and 3/4 cup water in a small saucepan and heat to just under a simmer. Put the peach and peppermint green tea bags in a large mug (12 ounces or larger) and pour the hot lemonade water over. (You can also brew the mixture in the pot for 2 smaller servings.). Let steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the tea bags. Stir in the honey, then taste and add more honey as desired.
